12/31/2015· The problem is that the concrete slab settled and is pitch in. Its about an inch out, i would like to cut and chip the slab in front of the door and then skim coat it. But since it is exterior I'm worried about it blowing apart. I was wondering if anyone has tried grinding down that much concrete.
